We have extensive experience in local government work especially schools. We pride ourselves in creating good working relationships with Head Teachers and there staff to deliver a project fit for purpose and durable. We have worked all around the County of Suffolk dealing with all types of work from new Classroom extensions to internal alterations.
We have a long-standing reputation for this work dealing these types of projects for over 17 years and have completed many school projects, two of which have been awarded The Suffolk Association of Architects award for craftsmanship. These where a refurbishment project at Hailfax School in Ipswich and a new Hall and Kitchen at Earl Soham Primary School. These awards where for the quality of the finish work.
In 2012, we are proud to be named a Framework Partner in the Ipswich and South East areas of Suffolk by Suffolk County Council. In this roll we hope to have the opportunity to work with many more Schools
• New build
Earl Soham School
Construction of a new dining hall, including kitchen and store areas. This was constructed as a stand alone building in a Suffolk barn style on piled foundations at Earl Soham Community Primary School.
This project won a craftsmanship award from The Suffolk Association of Architects for the attention to detail of the finished work.
We have gained extensive experiences in compete toilet refurbishments. School toilet areas need to be hardwaring with robust fixings and designed for ease of maintenance and cleaning. We have found that our experience is a valuable asset to the project team in achieving a high quality outcome in these important areas.
Northgate High School Ipswich
The pictures are of a project where the school wanted to try the creation of an open coeducational toilet area in order to discourage vandalism and bulling. The Architect had an original concept that we created into a reality. It has been considered a success all round with the school reporting fewer problems in the area and the area has been generally cleaner.
